As part of our commitment to seamless project delivery, we have integrated three key businesses—Aiken Group, Magma Products, and OSL Consulting Engineers—each adding unique strengths to our portfolio.
- Aiken Group (acquired in 2019) brought extensive expertise in modular and accommodation solutions, further strengthening our ability to deliver prefabricated, scalable infrastructure for both offshore and onshore applications.
- Magma Products (acquired in 2021) enhanced our commissioning and process engineering capabilities, reinforcing our ability to de-risk, test, and optimise energy assets before they go live.
- OSL Consulting Engineers (acquired in 2023) enabled us to expand into front-end consultancy, hydrogen, carbon capture, synthetic fuels, and low-carbon solutions, making nexos a key player in the energy transition space.
With these additions, Nexos has become one of the few truly integrated EPC providers that can deliver projects across the entire lifecycle—from early-stage consultancy and engineering through to full-scale construction, modular solutions, commissioning, and operational support.
