Nexos Group strengthens leadership team with two key appointments

Nexos Group has announced the appointment of two senior leaders as the business continues to strengthen its capabilities and deliver on its Group Strategy. Jennifer Shanks joins as Group Head of Marketing & Communications, while Peter Cross has been appointed Head of Business Development & Sales. 

Jennifer brings extensive experience in brand, marketing and strategic communications. She joins Nexos Group from Wood, where she led high-impact marketing initiatives, strengthened brand positioning and guided communications through periods of business transformation. Her appointment will play a key role in enhancing Nexos Group’s market presence and supporting its long-term growth ambitions. 

Jennifer said: “I’m delighted to join Nexos Group during a period of significant opportunity and growth. Peter joins with a strong track record in business development and client engagement, having spent 13 years at Subsea7. He will be working closely with teams across Nexos Group to identify opportunities and support the continued delivery of high-quality services to clients across the power, industrial, commercial and process sectors.
