Building Air Conditioning

Background

Nexos successfully completed the design, installation, and commissioning of air conditioning for a large office building in Aberdeen, managing all ground works, coring, and electrical activities.

The two-story building featured a variety of office configurations, prompting our team to assess each area’s unique cooling and heating requirements. Given the limited space above the ceiling on the ground floor, wall-mounted units were installed on this level, while ceiling cassette units were used on the first floor.

Nexos handled all aspects of the project, including the installation of external condensers and electrical work, providing the client with a complete turnkey solution. From the initial survey to commissioning, the project was completed in just 8 weeks, ensuring a fast and efficient turnaround.
