Background

With over 30 years of experience and a strong base of long-standing clients, Nexos currently manages HVAC and refrigeration maintenance across 14 offshore installations and 35 onshore sites. Our HVAC team consists of over 18 skilled personnel, including a diverse group of experienced offshore and onshore HVAC/R technicians, supported by a robust pool of ad-hoc staff. This structure enables us to efficiently handle both planned and reactive HVAC/R work scopes.

We oversee all HVAC/R maintenance activities, initiating PMA (Planned Maintenance Activities) listings at the start of each year. Our services include providing comprehensive annual maintenance task plans and coordinating optimal dates to align with client operations, ensuring sufficient intervals between visits for remedial work and project scopes.

Occasionally, the absence of core HVAC teams onboard presents additional challenges. This requires us to effectively manage personnel on board (POB) constraints and adapt our approach by implementing campaign maintenance. This strategy demands innovative thinking and meticulous planning to maximize labor efficiency—avoiding last-minute, reactive situations—and to ensure that all PMA tasks are completed. We also prioritize addressing corrective work scopes, preventing major breakdowns, and minimizing downtime for our clients.
